Why does modem reset itself

The wall outlet can provide the best possible power supply for your Arris modem and there is no danger or whatsoever of your device going faulty. If the power adapter has been disrupted somewhere, it can constantly cut out the electricity to your modem and then supply it back, causing your device to restart.

It is best to inspect the power adapter with another device to ensure its functionality or buy a new one for your modem.
